Deep and regular cleans follow the same checklist; however, deep cleaning requires more time, effort, and attention to detail. Please choose the Deep Clean option if your home 1) hasn’t been cleaned in the past month, or 2) isn’t maintained regularly. If it’s not selected, it may be added on arrival — we’ll always get in touch with you before making any changes to the price.
Absolutely. By default, we assign the same cleaner to your home for all ongoing cleans, as we value the trust built between you and our cleaning team. If a different team needs to attend, we’ll notify you in advance.
It’s completely up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions for accessing your home, we’ll take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to book their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a sparkling clean house.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express — both debit and credit cards are welcome. There are no processing fees on any of our charges. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cash payments.

Yes, we bring all the necessary equipment and products to get the job done. If you’d prefer our cleaners to use your own supplies, just leave a note in the instructions at checkout or in your account, and be sure to have the items ready for our cleaners when they arrive.
No worries! Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can manage your bookings through your account, or simply give us a call or flick us an email.
